Veteran’s Assistance

Provides outreach, navigation, and case management services to low-income unhoused individuals, including Veterans and their families in an effort to gain and maintain permanent and safe housing.

Supportive Services For Veteran Families (SSVF) Services:

• Housing Support: Help finding housing or keeping housing.
• Case Management: Support to achieve goals.
• Referrals: Access to important benefits.

Supportive Services For Veteran Families (SSVF) Eligibility:

• Military Service: Discharge Status - must have a discharge status, other than dishonorable and have not been discharged due to a general court-martial.
• Housing: Currently homeless or At-Risk of Losing Housing
• Income: Low income (below the limit set by federal guidelines)
