At our Logistics, Warehouse, and Food Distribution, we provide Nutrition Support, ensuring access to food, especially during challenging times. In addition to direct food assistance, we distribute commodities to subcontracted food banks and food pantries across Yakima County.
To better serve our community, we now use an automated scheduling system for food box pickups. This system helps reduce wait times, improve traffic flow, and create a smoother, more efficient experience for all clients.
How it Works:
1. Call ahead to reserve your time slot.
2. Reservations will open at 8:00 AM the day before the food bank day and continue until all slots are filled.
3. Each group has 30 available slots, so individuals will need to call early to ensure the preferred time.
Food Bank Pickup Schedule:
- Weekly Tuesday Pickups
Pickup Hours: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Six groups available, each with 30 slots and a 15-minute break between groups.
- After-Hours Food Relief Pickup
Pickup Hours: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Five groups available, each with 30 slots and a 15-minute break between groups.
