OIC's Weatherization Program

OIC's Weatherization Program helps eligible households make their homes more energy-efficient, safer, and more comfortable—at no cost to the homeowner. The team works with families to identify ways to reduce energy use, lower utility bills, and improve indoor comfort year-round.

 

Services may include:

  • Adding insulation and sealing air leaks
  • Upgrading or repairing heating and cooling systems
  • Improving ventilation for healthier indoor air
  • Installing safety measures, like smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

 

Who can apply?
Available to households that meet income guidelines, with priority for seniors, people with disabilities, and families with young children.
