Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington is a nonprofit Community Action Agency dedicated to expanding access to education, career training, and supportive services for individuals and families across Central and Eastern Washington.

From our headquarters in Yakima and service sites in Moses Lake, Pasco, Sunnyside, Mt. Vernon, and Wenatchee, we provide opportunities that help people gain skills, secure employment, and strengthen their economic stability.

We offer a wide range of programs, including:

  • Career Training & Workforce Development (Construction, CDL, Culinary Arts, Flagger Training, Forklift Training, & Career Counseling)
  • Youth Programs (out-of-school time activities, leadership development, mentoring, and early career exploration)
