Assistance with utility expenses is available to individuals who are facing financial hardships. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a first-come, fisrt-served basis. This program is designed to help ease the burden of essential utility costs and support access to safe and stable energy services.
Eligible support may include help with energy bills such as electricity, heating fuel, wood, propane and oil. These services provide temporary relief to help households regain financial stability during difficult time.

Applicants may apply through Cascade Natural Gas by calling Customer Service at 888-522-1130, logging into their account at Home - Cascade Natural Gas Corporation, or completing a paper application available through Cascade Natural Gas in multiple languages.
