We’re excited to announce the upcoming 100 Jobs for 100 Kids event, taking place on April 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the OIC Henry Beauchamp Community Center, located at 1211 South 7th Street in Yakima. In partnership with Downtown Yakima Rotary and Safe Yakima Valley, this event is targeted at high school-aged youth looking to kickstart their careers. This event is a great way for young people to explore job opportunities, gain valuable career insights, and begin their professional journey. We are also reaching out to local businesses to get involved in this exciting event. This is a fantastic chance for your business to connect with motivated young job seekers. You can participate by showcasing your job opportunities at the fair, serving as a panelist to provide mock interviews and share your experience, or even becoming a host employer to offer real-world experience and mentorship to a young worker. Additionally, you can sponsor a paid internship, supporting a $1,350, 80-hour internship to help a youth gain hands-on experience.
