Job Description:
Concrete Finisher Job Duties
• Level, smooth, edge, grind, and finish concrete surfaces
• Repair concrete with grouts and mortars
• Grinding, sacking and patching placed concrete
• Grout and plug formwork holes on concrete surfaces
• Read, interpret, and build off of basic sketches, diagrams, specifications, and construction drawings

Concrete Finisher Qualifications and Requirements
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in concrete/heavy civil construction including but not limited to; bridges, dams, spillways, wastewater facilities, fish hatcheries, pump stations, marine-based concrete work, residential/commercial concrete, etc.

General Employment Requirements
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Ability to work overtime as necessary such as extended work days and weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
