Our goal is to support at least 100 youth in gaining:
Job readiness skills
Job shadow experiences
Internships
Paid summer employment
To make this happen, we aim to raise approximately $150,000, which covers:
$137,040 in direct student wages (100 youth at minimum wage for up to 80 hours)
$12,960 for student support services, certifications, and program administration (payment processing, materials, printing, etc.)
Employer participation, through hiring, hosting, or sponsoring, is what makes these opportunities possible.
Hire a Youth for a Summer Job – Up to 80 hours • $1,370.40 wage commitment • Youth are trained and pre-screened
