Student performs basic maintenance and installation to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and the structure of an establishment in good repair. Skills: Replace windows, doors, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, Repair floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces, install drywall and painting, Maintain buildings, properties, and landscaped areas
