OIC Strategic Plan

The Community Needs Assessment (CNA) is the key contributor in creating the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan serves as a dynamic roadmap that outlines the goals, objectives, and strategies necessary for the agency to fulfill its mission and realize its vision. It is a living document that adapts to changing circumstances and provides a clear framework for decision-making and resource allocation within the organization. 

Within the Strategic Plan, several key components are included to ensure its effectiveness.

• Agency Profile: an overview of the organization, highlighting its mission, values, and core competencies.
• Organizational Structure: outlines the hierarchy and relationships within the agency, ensuring a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Strategic Approach: Planning Process: details the methodology used to develop the plan, including stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
• Strategic Framework: sets the foundation for the plan, outlining the high-level strategies that will be pursued to achieve the identified goals and objectives.
