The Food Protection Manager Certification course provides essential training in food safety practices required in food service establishments. Participants complete all coursework and take the certification exam the same day with an internal proctor. Topics include contamination prevention, allergen awareness, personal hygiene, time and temperature control, food preparation and service safety, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and food safety management systems. This certification is required by health departments to ensure compliance with local and national regulations and demonstrates a manager’s ability to oversee safe food operations.
