Based in Yakima, WA, OIC of Washington is an economic development and career training agency. As one of the 30 Community Action Agencies in the State of Washington, OIC has been serving Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), low-income, and underrepresented individuals and families since 1971. With a team of more than 120 dedicated professionals, OIC of Washington strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals residing in 15 rural counties across Washington State.
